Can I try Pro before I pay?+
Yes — every Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings. We'll even send a reminder 48 hours before your card is charged.
What happens to my stories if I downgrade?+
Your stories aren't deleted. If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, your extra stories become read-only — viewers can still watch them, but you'll need to upgrade again (or delete some) before editing more than one story.
How does team billing work?+
Pro is billed per editor seat. Viewers, reviewers and commenters are always free. You can add or remove seats anytime — we'll prorate charges to the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for education, non-profits or museums?+
Absolutely. We offer 50% off Pro for accredited education, non-profit and cultural-heritage organisations. Reach out to
support@narascape.com with proof of status and we'll get you set up.
Can I self-host Narascape on Enterprise?+
Yes. Enterprise customers can run Narascape inside their own VPC on AWS, Azure or GCP — or fully on-premise. We provide deployment automation, security review documents and a dedicated engineer for the rollout.
How are AI transitions counted?+
One transition equals one rendered AI clip between two scenes. Pro includes 100 per month per workspace — unused transitions don't roll over. If you regularly need more, Enterprise removes the cap entirely.
